Esta dirigente perica dijo estas palabras durante la presentación del libro “El trío maravillas” (Editorial Printcolor), una obra de homenaje a la trayectoria de Raúl Tamudo, Iván de la Peña y Luis García, escrita por el periodista Sergio Fidalgo, que suscribió y apoyó la postura de esta peña. Estos tres futbolistas han recibido el máximo galardón de Els Incansables, de ahí que el autor escogiera su sede social para mostrar en sociedad su último trabajo. Al acto también asistieron la ex consejera Anna Maria Fusté; el presidente de la FCPE, Alberto Ariza; el deportista olímpico Ander Mirambell; Lorena Ferrara, representando a la Fundación; el historiador Jordi Puyaltó y el activista perico Nacho Julià.

Mirambell recordó como en la victoria conseguida la temporada pasada en el Camp Nou tuvo que salir disparado del estadio “tras los dos goles de De la Peña y darse la vuelta todos los barcelonistas que me rodeaban cuando me vieron celebrarlo con mi camiseta del Espanyol” y defendió el carácter “luchador e incansable de Luis García.
